VICTORVILLE, CA – Pelesys Aviation Maintenance Training, in cooperation with GlennCo Aviation Training, is proud to have supplied International Aerospace Coatings (IAC) with B777 General Familiarization training for their Maintenance staff at their Victorville, CA facility.
Our reinvented Gen Fam training comprises of engaging CBT and our to the point, focused instruction reduces classroom footprint and travel expenses. The training leveraged the blended learning concept utilizing an in depth Computer Based Training self study module prior the instructor lead portion, reducing the actual classroom footprint to two days. The CBT progress is monitored through our Learning Management System with the requirement of completion prior to the classroom event, with the associated workbook. Finally, our target is for any customer to receive a detailed Customer Package, including certificates, course critiques, attendance records, etc. within a maximum 48hr window of course completion.
