As one of the world’s leading aviation training companies with 150+ commercial aviation customers & industry partners served worldwide, we are fortunate to work with some of the top airlines across the globe.
One airline we are incredibly honoured to have worked with since 2013 is Philippine Airlines. Headquartered in Pasay City the airline was founded in 1941 and is the first, and oldest, commercial airline in Asia still operating under its original name. Currently, Philippine Airlines, also known as PAL, serves 31 destinations in the Philippines and 41 overseas destinations in Southeast Asia, East Asia, Middle East, Oceania, North America, and Europe.
In 2018, Philippine Airlines received the 4-Star Airline quality ranking by SKYTRAX, the international air transport rating organization. This 4-Star Airline rating is a mark of quality distinction that recognizes excellent standards of product and staff service across different assessment categories for both the onboard and airport environment. Philippine Airlines worked hard to earn this rating by making great improvements across the airline with higher standards of product and service quality to its customers.
Web-Based Aviation Training Courseware Solutions
During our initial deployment of aviation training solutions for Philippine Airlines in 2013, we set out to complete a large series of courseware customization projects which converted existing Philippine Airlines content into dynamic web-based courseware titles.
Today we provide our LMS, EGS, CrewPad, and QMS systems for Philippine Airlines Employees across the entire organization, including external service providers supporting Philippine Airlines abroad.
Philippine Airlines also has access to our special operations courseware library one of the largest in the industry. As well, given PAL flies with a mixed fleet of Airbus and Boeing aircraft including the Airbus A320, Airbus A321, Airbus A321 neo, Airbus A330, Airbus A350, Boeing 777-300ER and Q400, they have access to our aircraft type courseware library available for both initial and recurrent training for flight operations, cabin crew training, as well as other employee training. Each type course is tailored to PAL manuals.
Aviation Maintenance Training Solutions into 2024
We’re very proud to have recently renewed our service agreement with PAL through to 2024. Moving forward we will be providing our new training scheduling system to Philippine Airlines.
We are also tailoring our A321 NEO LR and A350 Type courses to the current Philippine Airlines FCOM’s, so they have a fully customized CBT for initial/recurrent training.
As a valued partner of ours, we’re always willing to work with Philippine Airlines to complete additional training/customizations for the flight operations and cabin crew training departments, and also provided additional in-person support where required. We look forward to continuing to grow and build our partnership with Philippines Airlines over the next 5 years.
