Our team is proud to once again participate in the 22nd World Aviation Training Summit April 30th – May 2 in Orlando, Fl as both an exhibitor and a sponsor. WATS is the world’s largest gathering of aviation training professionals serving airlines, regulators, training providers and the training industry. As one of the world’s leading aviation training companies with over 150 commercial aviation customers and industry partners we look forward to connecting with our customers face to face as well as demonstrating our industry-leading products at the show to potential new customers and partners.
As part of the lead up to WATS there are a few things we are incredibly excited to showcase as outlined below.
CrewPad Pro Demonstrations
We recently launched our new CrewPad Pro tablet-based system which allows off-line training on IOS, Android and Windows mobile devices. This innovative system allows trainees the ability to complete their training from anywhere in the world while still maintaining training compliance and ensuring complete audit control and data security.
CrewPad Pro will be featured at WATS 2019 by our team so stop by booth 421 for a demonstration.
CBT Courseware Developments
With the recent mandate from ICAO that all aviation training courses be delivered with a competency-based approach which focuses on job function we have recently updated our special operations courses and aircraft system courses for the A320neo and A350.
Our team members are also working hard to update more of our courses starting with breaking up the Category 10 course, Dangerous Goods, for flight crew, load planners, loadmasters and dispatchers into separate smaller courses focusing on individual job functions and eliminating material that is not applicable. This major update will be completed in 2020 and will be adaptable for air operators of any size to use.
To learn more about our CBT courseware updates or to see if any of our CBT courses are right for your team please be sure to stop by our booth, or get in touch with us beforehand.
Pelesys’ Training Management and Deployment System (TMDS) Updates
Pelesys’ Training Management and Deployment System (TMDS) is currently undergoing an exciting upgrade of the user interface which includes a tile-based user welcome screen and student dashboard.
As well, our upgraded Exam Generation System and Training Scheduling System have now launched with initial customers. Both of these system updates will be on display at our booth during WATS 2019.
